Good Job on your First Oral Presentations!

1) Review the notes that you took today in class. Be sure that you can understand them, so that when we take the test next week, you can read your notes. :)

2) Look for 2 or 3 new words from the real world outside the classroom. That is live people on the street, on the bus, or in the grocery store or wherever. Try to understand what you are hearing! Write down the following:
  • the sound of what you hear
  • describe the situation where and when you heard it
  • try to guess the meaning

3) Listen to anything that you want to on the weekend. It could be TV, Radio, or on the Internet. Be ready to tell the class what you heard and why you chose it.
